2025 Toys for Kids Women's Rules
2025 Toys for Kids Women's Rules
Players must all drop off a brand-new toy or $10 donation to the front table. You will need to make sure to tell the director what team you are with so we can mark your team as turning in the toys.
Unlimited homerun bands are $100 for the tournament
Unlimited runner bands are $20 for the tournament
0 HOMERUNS AND RUNNERS ARE GIVEN FOR THIS TOURNAMENT! THEY MUST BE PURCHASED!
Homerun and runner bands will be worn by the coach, and you will show AND tell the umpire prior to your game if you have a runner and/or homerun bands.
Check in will be at the table of the site of your first game. Please pay your tournament fee, homerun fee and for your runners, should you choose to purchase them.
Rosters have all been approved through me. If you have any questions, please direct them to me.
Bat testing is going to be done at random. At some point during your game, a director may walk over and grab bats to be tested. If your bat fails, it will be removed from play for the duration of the tournament. If you fail to allow a director to test your bat, you will be removed from the tournament and immediately be suspended pending further notice.
Only 240 stamp bats will be allowed. Anyone caught in the batter's box with an illegal bat will be removed from the game of the first offense. A second offense will result in a removal from the tournament.
Two (2) 12” game balls will be provided during team check in. (Classic W balls are allowed with a USSSA or GSL Stamp.) NO STADIUM, Onyx or Hardcore balls are allowed.
Your team is being warned now about an illegal ball being thrown into play. If you throw in an illegal ball during the game, your team will be given an out to the batter in the box. If you throw in an illegal ball a second time, the batter will be out, and the manager will be ejected. If there is a third time, your team will be removed from the tournament.
Pitchers must toe the rubber. Pitching height is 3 feet from release to 10 feet from the ground. Juking is allowed. Pitchers have 5 seconds, after presenting the ball, to release the ball.
If you purchase an unlimited runner band, anyone can run at any time. If a player’s spot in the lineup comes up to bat and they are on base, you can sub them and switch them out.
If you do not purchase a band, you are not given a runner.
If an equalizer is taken, the higher ranked team will become home, including in the championship and if games
C vs D- Runner on 2nd base, to start the inning, for four innings
C vs E- Runer on 3rd base, to start the inning, for four innings
D vs E- Runner on 2nd base, to start the inning, for four innings

Donations and divisions
Coaches and players,
Welcome to the third annual Toys for Kids tournament! Once again, the donations and toys will be going to the Sunrise Children Foundation. Last year, we donated over 500 toys, and 50+ bikes and scooters.
The ages for the kids are birth to 5 but this year we are asking for 3-5 year old range range with the toys.
With a change of location this year, it is going to be a little tougher for us to take bikes and scooters (Yes we still will) so we are requesting gift card or cash donations for the homeruns and unlimited runners.
Unlimited runners will be a NEW $40 gift card or cash donation and unlimited homeruns will be a NEW $100 gift card or cash donation. As always, please provide a receipt for the gift card with the gift card so we can verify the amount.
Men's and Mixed Divisions
If you have a C rated male player, current 2025 PRV rankings apply, you are considered an upper team.
If you have D and E rated male players, you can play in lowers.
